In the last few years, many organizations have adopted the concept of PMO (Project Management Office) as part of their strategic development. It is considered that PMO can add values to their business, operations, and certainly to the improvement of their project deliveries. We have witnessed many professionals started to learn how to establish the PMO function/unit within their organizations.

With this COPM with PMO workshop our facilitators will deliver 3 days of Professional PM program followed by 2 days of Impactful PMO program. With this program the participants will be learn how to manage the project properly and how then they can contribute in the development and the management of their PMO functions.
This workshop will offer participants with the knowledge on how to manage a project based on PMBOK® Guide issued by Project Management Institute (PMI)® and also add them with the knowledge and practices on how to work within Project Management Office (PMO) framework.

- Analyzing Portfolio and Project progress
- 3 (Three) days of Professional Project Management program with waterfall approach
- 2 (Two) days of Impactful PMO program
- 12 months of access to Vallery Online Repository System

Dcolearning Facilitators are dedicated and seasoned project management practitioners. They have extensive project management experiences and are experienced facilitators. They must be nationally and/or internationally certified in project management area – Project Management Professional (PMP)®.
